It is a time of change, everyone and everything needs to find its place again.

On the one hand you might feel overwhelmed by this miracle, happiness and deep love, on the other hand there is also exhaustion, fears, a lot of questions and reaching your own limits.
All of it is part of the first few weeks of parenthood. 

During my home visits I encourage you in your new role as father and mother and taking care of health of the baby and mother. Every woman has the right to care by a midwife up to the 56th day after the birth. The accompaniment can be extended if necessary on a doctor's prescription. In addition, 3 breastfeeding consultations are covered by the basic insurance
